The 2021 WARA Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 26th September 2021 at 7:00pm in the Pinjar Rifle Range Club Rooms.
General Business items need to be received in writing by Sunday 29th August 2021. General business items without notice will also be accepted on the night of the AGM.
The positions of WARA President and Vice President are open to nominations. All nominations are to be received by Sunday 29th August 2021, including a statement by two(2) other members supporting the nomination. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the AGM.
A Final Agenda is to be issued within 14 days of the AGM with details of any nominees for the positions of WARA President or WARA Vice-President, and any items of General Business, that have been received by the WARA.
A Proxy Appointment Form will also be provided (also below) within 14 days of the AGM for the use of Members who may not be able to attend the AGM but may still want to have their voting on matters counted.
